Using a sheet

Keep a sheet open on your second screen and look across between rounds. Opened full screen it fits the screen it is on, also a monitor turned on its end or a tablet, and stays awake while it is open. The numbers are the spawn numbers of the Anubis map here and of the Anubis practice map, where you can stand on each spawn and try the throw.
